Customer Reviews

Customer A | Community Property Manager

“Our community installed two-wheeler chargers from several vendors in batches. Previously, each vendor had its own backend, making fault checking and reconciliation particularly troublesome. After connecting to the platform, charging devices from different brands are all managed through a unified backend, and fee reports are generated automatically, greatly reducing the management pressure on our property team, and the efficiency of handling owner repair requests is also much higher.”

Customer B | Industrial Park Logistics Supervisor

“Employees in the park have a large number of two-wheelers, and the chargers come from different suppliers. Previously, devices were managed in a dispersed manner, and overcharging and faults often went undiscovered. Now one platform monitors all devices, and fault work orders are dispatched directly to operations and maintenance, which both meets employees' charging needs and ensures safety management.”

Customer C | Farmers Market Operations and Maintenance Manager

“Delivery riders and merchants at the market have a large demand for e-bike charging, and there are many device models and mixed brands. The platform enables centralized monitoring of all devices, provides real-time alarms when abnormalities occur, reduces fire risks, and makes revenue data clear at a glance.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: We have already installed two-wheeler chargers from multiple brands. Do we need to replace them all before connecting to the platform?

A: No, not all hardware needs to be replaced. As long as the devices support the national standard protocol or the corresponding communication protocol, they can be directly integrated for unified management, protecting the original equipment investment.

Q2: Which two-wheeler charger brands are compatible? Can chargers from other brands be connected later?

A: It supports mainstream two-wheeler smart chargers on the market and is compatible with OCPP and industry-standard serial/IoT protocols. The platform uses modular access; when other brands of charging devices are added later, integration and capacity expansion can be completed quickly without rebuilding the entire system.

Q3: When devices from different brands are connected, will timing and billing be inaccurate, and will financial statistics be chaotic?

A: The platform standardizes the data reported by each device and unifies the definitions of orders, electricity, duration, and revenue. It supports statistics by site, building, device brand, and individual device, automatically generates reconciliation and revenue reports, and solves the problems of data fragmentation across multiple systems and cumbersome manual reconciliation.

Q4: Do users need to download multiple mini programs?

A: No. All connected chargers share one WeChat mini program. Users can scan to charge, query orders, top up, and report repairs without switching between applications from multiple vendors.

Q5: After integration, can the original charger vendor's backend still be used?

A: Dual backends can run in parallel. Devices can retain the original manufacturer's backend while data is synchronized to this platform, without affecting the original manufacturer's basic maintenance.

Q6: Can the platform connect to fire and street supervision platforms?

A: It supports reporting device status, alarm events, and operating data in accordance with regulatory requirements, meeting the digital fire safety supervision requirements of communities and industrial parks, and is suitable for old community renovation and work safety scenarios.

Q7: How long does integration and go-live take?

A: For standard-protocol devices with complete documentation, joint debugging and go-live can be completed in a short time; for private-protocol devices, the charger manufacturer needs to cooperate in opening the protocol, and the implementation period will be determined after assessment.

Q8: Can localized deployment be provided?

A: Both public cloud and private localized deployment are supported, meeting the data local storage needs of enterprises and state-owned enterprises.
