(I) Intelligent Autonomous Inspection
It supports fully automatic inspection according to preset routes, times, and points without manual intervention. Inspection frequency can be adjusted as needed, solving problems such as missed inspections and low inspection frequency in manual inspections, and realizing standardized and normalized inspection work.
(II) High-Definition Visual Monitoring
The 4-megapixel visible-light camera has 32x optical zoom + 16x digital zoom capabilities, a maximum resolution of 2560*1440, and supports backlight compensation, strong light suppression, and image stabilization. It can clearly capture on-site images under strong light, backlight, and other environments, transmit high-definition videos and images in real time, and realize remote visual monitoring.
(III) Infrared Thermal Imaging Temperature Measurement
The thermal imager has a spectral range of 8~14μm and sensitivity ≤40mK@f/1.0. It supports two modes: low temperature (-20℃~+150℃) and high temperature (0℃~+550℃). It can perform non-contact temperature measurement on pumps, valves, distribution cabinets, pipelines, and other equipment, automatically identify abnormal temperature areas and issue warnings, and promptly detect hidden faults such as equipment overheating and leakage.
(IV) Multi-Dimensional Environmental Monitoring
Equipped with environmental sensors, it can detect on-site temperature, humidity, and smoke concentration in real time. Optional laser dust sensors (PM2.5/PM1.0/PM10), sulfur hexafluoride sensors, and multiple gas sensors (up to 6 types can be configured) are available for comprehensive monitoring of plant environmental indicators. Once data exceeds the standard, an alarm is issued immediately to ensure on-site environmental safety.
(V) Acoustic Fault Detection (Optional)
Equipped with a 128 digital silicon MIC array acoustic camera, with a frequency bandwidth of 100Hz~80kHz and a detection distance of 0.3~70m, it can capture abnormal noise during equipment operation, generate PRPD maps, accurately locate fault points such as valve gas leaks, motor abnormal noise, and pipeline leaks, and realize early identification of equipment faults.
(VI) Real-Time Voice Pickup
Equipped with a high-sensitivity pickup, with a pickup range of 5-120㎡ and a frequency range of 200—10kHz, it can collect on-site sound information in real time and, combined with video images, achieve synchronized audio and video monitoring, making it convenient to remotely judge the operating status and abnormal conditions of on-site equipment.
(VII) Intelligent Obstacle Avoidance and Positioning
LiDAR + depth camera + ultrasonic triple obstacle avoidance technology can comprehensively perceive the surrounding environment, automatically avoid obstacles, and ensure the safety of the robot itself and on-site equipment during inspections; LiDAR + inertial navigation achieves high-precision positioning with positioning accuracy ≤20mm, can accurately feed back the robot's position, and facilitates remote scheduling.
(VIII) Multi-Terminal Control and Data Management
It supports automatic, joystick, and web client control modes, allowing flexible switching of inspection methods; inspection data, video images, and alarm information can be uploaded to the backend system in real time, realizing data storage, query, analysis, and report generation, and providing data support for plant equipment management and safety decision-making.
(IX) Intelligent Abnormality Alarm
When abnormal conditions such as excessive temperature, gas leakage, smoke alarms, abnormal equipment noise, or the robot deviating from its route are detected, alarm signals are issued through multiple channels such as tri-color indicator lights, the backend system, and mobile app, reminding staff to handle them promptly and eliminating safety hazards in the bud.
