Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: What is the difference between the Swan Smart Park Management System and standalone security, parking, and emergency systems?

A: The difference lies in integration. Standalone security, parking, and emergency systems each manage only one segment, and their data is not interconnected; SEEMSE (Jinzhang Technology) puts security, parking, property management, and emergency response on the same platform, providing a single-screen overview and enabling cross-module event linkage.

Q2: The park already has surveillance and access control. Does this system replace them or connect to them?

A: Connection is prioritized; there is no need to start over. Existing cameras, access control, and barrier gates can generally be connected as long as they provide video streams or open interfaces. Only old devices with closed protocols should be considered for replacement, and this can be done in batches.

Q3: What hardware is needed for this system? Do cameras and barrier gates need to be replaced together?

A: Not mandatory. The system is a software platform and can run on the park's existing cameras and barrier gates. To use AI recognition functions, such as dangerous action detection and crowd gathering detection, cameras need to be replaced with AI-capable ones or equipped with an edge computing box.

Q4: Is the emergency function in the park the same as the standalone Ant Smart Emergency System?

A: They are not the same system, but they can be integrated. The park edition treats emergency response as a built-in module, covering park scenarios such as crowd gathering, hazardous chemical leakage, fire, and flood. To build an independent emergency command center, deploy the Ant Smart Emergency Command and Dispatch Edition.

Q5: How large a park is suitable for this system?

A: There is no hard threshold; it mainly depends on management complexity. Industrial parks with multiple buildings, multiple entrances and exits, and needs for investment promotion and enterprise services benefit most. A single office building can also use it; enabling only the security, property management, and parking modules is sufficient.
